شرایط و مقررات استفاده از اپلیکیشن مرکز سلامت ایرانیان

شرایط استفاده:
در صورتی که از اپلیکیشن آنلاین مرکز سلامت ایرانیان استفاده می کنید و با هرگونه اطلاعات، داده و یا هر ورودی دیگر (“محتوا”ی شما) که در سامانه (“اپلیکیشن”) مرکز سلامت ایرانیان قرار می دهید، شما (“شخص شما”، “بیمار شما” یا “کاربر”) در واقع دارید می پذیرید که نسبت به مفاد و شرایط (“قوانین اپلیکیشن”) زیر متعهد و پایبند باشید. در صورتی که این قوانین را قبول ندارید مجاز به استفاده از خدمات این اپلیکیشن نخواهید بود. مرکز سلامت ایرانیان قادر خواهد بود که این قوانین را در هر زمان تغییر دهد یا بروزرسانی کند. هر ویژگی جدید مانند انتشار ابزار و منابع جدید که برای بهبود و تقویت خدمات این اپلیکیشن افزوده شود مشروط به این قوانین خواهد بود. نقض هر یک از مفاد زیر ممکن است به بسته شدن حساب کاربری شما منجر شود. با وجود اینکه مرکز سلامت ایرانیان هر گونه نقض این مفاد را کنترل و ممنوع می کند.

حساب کاربری:

حریم خصوصی:
هرگونه اطلاعات شخصی که شما جهت استفاده از خدمات این سامانه به مرکز سلامت ایرانیان ارسال می کنید طبق مفادی که مرکز سلامت ایرانیان در قسمت حریم خصوصی توصیف کرده است نزد مرکز سلامت ایرانیان محفوظ خواهد بود.

کپی رایت و مالکیت مطالب و محتوا:
حقوق مالکیت معنوی و کپی رایت محتوای منتشر شده در اپلیکیشن مرکز سلامت ایرانیان برای مجموعه مرکز سلامت ایرانیان می باشد و هرگونه استفاده و مشاهده محتوا ازطریق اپلیکیشن و بر عهده خود شماست.و امکان پرینت گرفتن، کپی کردن، ذخیره تصاویر، ارسال و به ‌اشتراک ‌گذاری فایل ها وجود ندارد. در صورت مشاهده نقض قوانین کپی رایت محتوا و اکانت شما بدون بازگشت وجه بسته خواهد شد.

پرداخت و بازپرداخت:

در صورتی که به هر دلیلی قصد لغو حساب کاربری خود را دارید باید از طریق سامانه پشتیبانی درخواست لغو عضویت خود را برای مرکز سلامت ایرانیان ارسال کنید که در این صورت تمامی اطلاعات که شما تا قبل از آن در سامانه مرکز سلامت ایرانیان قرار داده اید حذف خواهد شد. این اطلاعات بعد از حذف قابل بازیابی نخواهد بود. مرکز سلامت ایرانیان، به صلاحدید خود، در برخی موارد خاص می تواند حساب کاربری شما را حذف کند یا به حالت تعلیق در آورد.

تغییرات در خدمات و قیمت ها:
